Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Alchemy of a Woman. Each I Am Skin order is prepared with care, and this Shipping Policy explains what you can expect from the time your order is placed until it arrives at your door.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days after your order is placed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During product launches, promotions, holidays, periods of high order volume, or other circumstances that may temporarily affect fulfillment, processing may take longer. If a significant delay affects your order, Alchemy of a Woman will make reasonable efforts to communicate the delay.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier transit times are separate from Alchemy of a Woman's processing time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout or by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, and other circumstances outside the control of Alchemy of a Woman may affect delivery.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your order has been prepared for shipment.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Destinations

Alchemy of a Woman currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

Available shipping options are determined at checkout based on the delivery address entered.

Please Review Your Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact Alchemy of a Woman as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Alchemy of a Woman is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that your package is still in transit but appears delayed, please allow additional time for the shipping carrier to complete delivery.

If you believe your shipment has been lost, contact Alchemy of a Woman through the Contact page with your name, order number, and tracking information so the situation can be reviewed.

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations and circumstances outside the direct control of Alchemy of a Woman. However, I will do my best to help you determine the appropriate next steps when a shipment issue occurs.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:

Check around the delivery location and any secure package areas.
Check with other members of your household, neighbors, building management, or front desk where applicable.
Allow a short period of time, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered shortly before the final delivery occurs.
Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact Alchemy of a Woman so the situation can be reviewed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect item, or an item is missing from your shipment, please contact Alchemy of a Woman within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and shipping packaging when applicable. Please retain the product and original packaging until your request has been reviewed.

Eligible damaged, incorrect, or missing items will be addressed based on the circumstances of the order.

For returns, refunds, or cancellations unrelated to shipping damage or fulfillment errors, please review the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Orders Returned to Sender

Orders may be returned to Alchemy of a Woman by the shipping carrier because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or other carrier-related circumstances.

If an order is returned to sender, please contact Alchemy of a Woman to discuss available options. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be shipped again due to an incorrect address or circumstances outside the control of Alchemy of a Woman.

Product Care During Delivery

I Am Skin products should be stored according to any care or storage instructions provided with the product.

After delivery, retrieve your package as soon as reasonably possible and avoid leaving skincare products exposed to prolonged periods of excessive heat, freezing temperatures, or direct sunlight.

If your order arrives with visible signs of damage or a product appears to have been compromised during transit, please contact Alchemy of a Woman before using the affected product.
